Shipping policy

Lead / Build Time:
Our stocked product is typically shipped out within 1-3 business days.

Our custom (built-to-order) product varies in production time, per product. Each of our custom products has the build time you can expect, in the product description.

Shipping Time:
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 1 week from the date shipped (outside of holidays).

Shipping Locations:
We ship across North America (Canada and the USA). For other countries, please contact us for a custom shipping quote, and we can process your order manually.

Tariffs / Duties:
We currently ship "DDP". Meaning when we ship orders, we set all duties, taxes and tariffs as our responsibility. Expect no surprise fees when you order from us! Applies to Canada and USA only.

Carriers:
We use trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx for delivery of our product. Please keep in mind, carriers like UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO boxes.

If you provide a PO box as your shipping address, we will have to ship by USPS / Canada Post (these guys take way longer).

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email, so that you can follow it all the way to your door.

Delays:
Shipping delays may occur due to weather, customs or carrier issues. We’ll do our best to help you resolve any problems!
