Refund policy

Returns

With our custom (built to order) parts, it is very difficult to just throw parts on a shelf with so many possible combos / variations. Custom parts cannot be refunded.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you happen to receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.

Warranty

Northspec Built Inc. provides a 90 day warranty for any defects in the finish of our product (ex. powder coating done by us).

We provide a 6 month warranty on product itself (excluding finish), this includes defects in material such as cracking of welds, breaking, etc.

Any work / modifications done to Northspec Built product by a 3rd party or consumer voids the warranty. This may include welding, cutting, drilling, over-tightening / stripping of hardware, etc..

Our warranty does not cover shipping damages. Shipping damages can be addressed with the shipping carrier, although we always do our best to help you open a claim and resolve any issues!

Warranty is only valid if the product was used in a normal manner. Our warranty does not cover any damage done by improper use including, but not limited to crash damage, burnouts, heavy off-road use, prolonged exposure to excessive heat and harsh conditions, etc..  

Northspec Built Inc. has the right to request any proof such as pictures and videos, to be able to resolve the claimed issues with said product.
